I'm Published!!

As many of you already know, I took the photos for Chef Mac's (Rian) new cookbook, "Taste Buds". We are super excited for his first cookbook and I am excited to be published! I'd love for more jobs to come from this book. You can see the cover of the book and purchase it for $30 by clicking HERE

On Saturday Chef Mac had his first cooking demo combined with a book signing at the Powder Springs Bookstore, "Bookworm". While I was there I bought a few books I can't wait to read. I can't believe I had never been in that book store before. They have a lot of great books for 1/2 the price. It is right across the street from "Refind", the antique store I love. It was closed the whole afternoon and I was NOT happy. There a few things there I want to get.

Saturday night we celebrated with Chef Mac's book release party. I was a little disappointed with how many people came out for this special occasion. More than 100 people were invited (mostly people from Rian's work and people he has met over the year). I guess people just have their own agendas and busy lives, oh well. I think they sold 20-25 books and they expected to sell more like 100! There seems to be a growing interest though so this is great.

who came out to celebrate my first published book. ;) I already have some good ideas for my next project.
