Part III

On Saturday, Wes drove Brad, Blair & I to Christiana PA to visit Mr. Kimmel & Sandy. They live in Amish country and it is so peaceful & beautiful out there. We had a very relaxing time. I even had time to go on 2 runs (one with Blair). It was so sureal to run by pastures with thoroghbred racing horses and to see the Amish children & all of the farm animals outside.
Bill & Sandy just finished a beautiful addition on their circa 1841 home. It includes a billiards area and bar that we really enjoyed during our stay. On saturday night, our friends Jody, Greg (Bird), Rita & Adam (Miller) drove to visit us. The groom from the farm (Maureen) and her boyfriend Thynne also joined us. It was so much fun to have a bar night without leaving the house! Everyone got along very well and I was just so happy to see the Birds & Millers! We really do not get to see them enough so it was nice of Bill & Sandy to have them over.
& of course, -- We really enjoyed all of the time with Sterling, their english cream golden retriever. She is so pretty & such a great puppy! Chulo was really jealous when he smelled her on us when we got home.

We left on Monday, March 9th. Our flight was supposed to leave at 2:30 but it was canceled due to maintenance! ugh!! We were on the 6:00 flight and got home around 9. Just in time for bed so we can get back to the real world the next day!
