Mexican Night

What's Mexican Night without Corona Light??

On Saturday I woke up early, watched a movie, picked blue berries and headed over to mom & dad's to jump in the pool.
Stephen brought some of his workers over to work on the farm so Toni & Sarah came too. I played with Sarah in the pool for a little bit & we had lunch. We came home around 2 and I laid down for about an hour! I have been sooo tired this past week so that was a much needed nap!
Brad & I went to the grocery store & we decided to have mexican night. We have been growing jalapenos over the past couple of months and we have about 15 on the 3 plants right now!! We decided we should use a few of them. We grilled chicken & made quesadillas on the grill. I also made fresh pica de gallo! My dad's tomatos are in & they are incredible as always! I had a fun time cooking & eating with just Brad & I! After dinner, I worked on Lauren's guest book.
As you know, Lauren & Rian are getting married next month and I offered to do their guest book "scrapbooking style". I worked on that for a couple of hours and Brad & I watched Juno on DVD.
It was a fun & relaxing day for the most part! (sidenote: I hate going to the grocery store!! Not sure why I hate it so much...well, I guess I do know why -- I never can find what I need and the people really get on my nerves! There, I said it! haha)

Enjoy the pics from Mexican Night. I know, I know -- I take photos of EVERYTHING!!
