{Its a DeWeese Easter}
April 4-5 ~ Easter weekend was great! We had such a nice time on Saturday night at Mom & Dad's. They 'dusted off' the outdoor brick oven for some friends that were in town and we all enjoyed delicious Sicilian pizzas! I am such a pizza snob now. I think Brad and the 12-year-old, Harrison, who was there were tied for 1st -- I swear they both had 3 pizzas. ha. I love this time of year!
On Sunday we went to church for the 8:30am service. Brad even went! I think its because he knew he would get Chorizo Burritos at mom's house if he went. He LOVES them. Who doesn't? After church we went to Mom & Dad's for breakfast and Stephen, Toni, Sarah & Ben joined us. Brad had to leave shortly after to head home and get some school work done. :( He came back over around 3 but while he was gone we did an Easter egg hunt with Sarah Belle and just enjoyed some family time. I was a little surprised about how hot it was last Sunday. Sean & Kquvien joined us for dinner. It was INCREDIBLE. My mother is the most amazing cook on the planet (I'm convinced). We had lamb (that was cooked in the outdoor brick oven), ham that was cooked in the indoor oven, sauteed green beans (Its amazing how awesome she can make green beans taste! I could eat the whole pan!), potato casserole that had Gruyere cheese and a huge green salad! I think I talked about that lamb for the next 3 days. It was so tasty & tender! Enjoy the photos from our fun family weekend!
So I failed to leave room for comments on the first several photos. Sorry about that. Anyway - I love all of them. Its VERY rare that I catch my oldest brother, Sean, smiling so that is HUGE and I love the one of Brad & Ben. That photo makes me smile because I think about how awesome of a father Brad is going to be one day! I also adore the one directly above with Toni & Ben, where she is looking down at him. Beautiful!
The above photo makes me laugh hard because Ben had his hand but decided he's rather eat his sister's hand.
Below: Sarah showing off what she got from her Easter egg hunt!
Karch was not thrilled with the bunny ears but i think he looks handsome
Ben is almost sitting up by himself!
We had to really talk Sarah into wearing these. I have photos of everyone in these ears to FINALLY have her put them on.
My beautiful niece
I simply {ADORE} this shot
Ben loves to check himself out in the mirror
I love Sarah's hair blowing in the wind.
I thought we all looked pretty good in these shots, so I combined them! :) Its rare that I am satisfied with photos of myself these days so I'm taking advantage of this one.
Favorite shot of the day!!
Toni asked me to take some family photos of them but I also snapped a few of just Toni & Stephen. I love this one...
Another smiling brother --- VERY rare. Definitely one of those moments you need to capture since its over in a Split Second. :)
