Crazy Lady
Last monday Amy told me that I needed to start taking Prenatal Vitamins If I want to have kids within the next couple of years. She said that Steph would say that I should have started 3 years ago! ha!
I didn't know too much about Prenatal Vitamins and the need for Folic Acid until Summer's friend Melissa lost a baby girl because the spinal cord didn't develop properly due to lack of Folic Acid. Its just such a sad story and that's when I thought to myself, "Self, you should take prenatal vitamins before you have kids". I just didn't realize It should be years before.
Anyway, just to be safe, I decided to start taking Prenatal Vitamins now.
Tonight, after a much needed Chiropractor appointment and Therapeutic Massage, I went to Kroger. Brad asked me to get milk & we needed red wine. ....
So to the register I go with 4 bottles of red wine, milk, yogurt, grapes & two bottles of prenatal vitamins (they were buy 1 get 1 free).
The girl at the checkout was most likely thinking "Who is the crazy lady buying 4 bottles of wine and prenatal vitamins?"
I should have topped that off with a box of tampons and called it a day! haha!!
Just thought I would share my funny story!
Never thought I'd see the day that I bought prenatal vitamins. Its funny how things change.
....as Im only one month from turning 28!! Uggghh!!

Apparently they are good for your hair and nails too. And wine is good for your heart...you are like a walking poster for health! :)
Ok, so I hadn't seen this blog yet and my sister told me about it. She thought it was hilarious. Seriously, I'm glad you decided to start taking prenatals. It's just a smart decision. Only 3 more days til the beach....
yes, good decision about the prenatal's. i was so eager to be a mom i started them in college:) i am an overachiever you see. i would have loved to be in line behind you to see what the clerk would have said. you make me laugh. can't wait for more of that in a few days!
that is really funny! I am surprised you didn't share with her your purpose in buying the vitamins, like you shared with the waiter my purpose in wondering if the dinner I was ordering on Friday night was spicy!!!! I love you!
