Picking our tree

 The Saturday after Thanksgiving, we headed out to the "backyard" to pick our Christmas Tree. Will enjoyed playing in the dirt. We picked around an 8' Carolina Sapphire. We had fun decorating it as a family and Will even "helped" but bringing us some of the decorations from the box, and then taking some of the decorations off the tree :) 

One of my favorite things about having the Christmas tree up this year was that every morning when Will would wake up and we would go down stairs, he would point to the tree and say "mama" and then a bunch of other things that meant "Mama, can you please turn the tree on?" haha. 

He also asked for the tree to be on when we came home from daycare at night. He enjoyed the tree and didn't really mess with it at all. I was worried about that, since he's toddling around now.
