* Wahoo *
So after a couple of calls to the doctor's office and a couple of days waiting on a call back (so frustrating but it turns out the Dr wasn't in the office - I wish they would have told me that), I get to go back to work half days next week, the week of July 16th and then I will start back full-time the following week.
This also means that I can start taking photography jobs at the end of this month, yay! I can't wait to get back into the swing of things. This recovery period has given me a lot of time to think (sometimes TOO MUCH) and it has taught me what is most important to me and what I want to focus my time on. Sometimes I find that I let working two full-time jobs get the best of me. I let the photography become a chore while it has, should be and will remain my true passion. I also have a habit of promising too much to others, I want to be the best at what I do so I strive to be that person yet in the meantime I set unrealistic goals for myself and end up stressing out! I am going to try to be better about doing what I can while still making plenty of time for Brad & I together, friend/family time and probably most importantly - down time for myself. I think much more clearly when I'm not tired or stressed! -- probably not a big surprise to those of you that know me.
Thanks again to all of my supportive friends and family over the last 5 weeks! I continue to appreciate your thoughts, prayers, love & encouragement!
You know I can't post without photos so here are some from Kelli's visit last week. I really appreciate the visit she made. Its not easy to make the trip with a baby who prefers to be on a schedule. I was so great to spend some quality time with Kelli & Nolan. I really loved the entertainment since I haven't been able to do too much!
